About Josie

Josie Wykoff has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2012, obtaining her broker’s license in 2016. She quickly discovered that her passion lies in the paperwork and managing the real estate transaction on the back end, from beginning to end. After working as an Executive Assistant for high-producing Brokers and Teams in the Portland Area, she opened Seamless Files NW and truly embraced that passion for the transaction. Josie and the team strive to provide a Seamless experience, allowing the Fendon Properties Team to trust that all of the minutiae is being taken care of with a high level of organization, dedication and professionalism.
